This guided meditation workshop will be taught on Zoom by Shawna Marie (www.shawnamariehealing.com). It is co-hosted by Spirit Compass Academy (www.judylynn.org). During this workshop, we will look at the physical, mental, and emotional energies in your space that affect Self Love. There will be a series of guided meditations created to help bring in more self acceptance. These meditations are also designed to help you to release what is ready to go so that you can move forward towards really loving who you are as a person and a spirit.

I am a Clairvoyant Healer and Reader who is passionate about helping people find the tools to help heal themselves as they work through pain, trauma, and daily life struggles. Although I always knew I was super sensitive and highly intuitive, I started my training as an Intuitive in 2020 after being abandoned by my spouse at the time. I had been with him since I was 14, for 34 years, and when he left I was absolutely devastated and didn’t know how to get through the pain. Through the process of healing myself, I realized that I have a gift for this type of work and I started training so that I can share healing with others. In addition to Energy work, I also began intuitive painting and teaching meditations as tools to help me to work through my own healing process. I’m excited that I get to share this with others. One thing I have learned is that there is a way through the pain if you are willing to put in the work and that life can be incredibly beautiful in ways you never thought possible.
